Sometimes people go on all sorts of adventures, and one man recently had one of his own when he explored an abandoned mansion. Jamie, as he's known on Reddit, couldn't help but share his pictures of theabandoned house after he made the epic discovery in Ireland.
After he explored the empty property, he couldn't help but look around, and what he discovered inside left him pretty floored. After all, who knows what kind of secrets lie within other people's houses? Especially when they stand deserted and empty, with so many different belongings and memories left behind for others to find.
Jamie simply said: "Abandoned mansion, Ireland," as he shared a series of pictures of the home. It's not the first time a mansion has been found in such a state either.

Though the house looks amazing in the snaps, aspects of the property are pretty eerie. Chairs are overturned in places, mould appears to coat the walls and, in some rooms, beds remain made up. In one room, a huge teddy bear lies on the bed covered in a sheet.
Then, in the kitchen, tea cups are lined up on the table, simply waiting to be used. It paints the picture of a property that appears to be frozen in time.
Dozens of people have commented on the pictures since they were posted. They had all sorts of thoughts to share, but many admitted they thought the scene was pretty "sad."
One person said: "Gosh. I can smell the picture. Never, ever have I been colder than when I lived in an old house in Limerick with humidity problems."
Another added: "Someone please come get her, and put some serious elbow grease into a nice reno. Makes me sad to think of all of this hardy work decaying."
A third replied: "The bear makes me sad as well." Meanwhile, a fourth also commented: "That place definitely looks haunted."
Someone else also chimed in with: "That staircase is incredible. Sad to see things like this decaying." One more added: "They don't make beautiful stairs like that anymore, it makes me sad."
For many, it was simply heartbreaking to see such a big and beautiful house fall into such a miserable state. One person thought the colour scheme implied the home used to be "so bright and happy", which made people feel sad to see it lie empty.
Some people admitted it "broke their heart" to see such a magnificent property go to waste. The decor was something that attracted many to the huge home.
Many also commented on the alleged mould, which made the property look even more dismal. They said it was a "true shame" the property is going to waste.
Someone else added: "Wow. That’s crazy! What a waste, and what a true shame."
While some explorers look around abandoned buildings, it's not generally advised. It can be dangerous to do so, and comes with various risks.
